Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Project Development Lead to join our team. As a Project Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks. You will also coordinate requirements among stakeholders, project teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the planning, design, tender, construction, handover, and operationalisation stages.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate requirements among stakeholders, project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Track and update project progress, schedules, and activities for reporting and planning purposes.
• Attend meetings and discussions with stakeholders and project teams, reviewing proposals and providing input to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
• Assist stakeholders in planning, managing, and integrating resources to develop practical and effective solutions in line with organisational objectives.
• Prepare and review presentation materials, reports, and documents to facilitate discussions and follow-ups.
