JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Manage daily posting and scheduling across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Assist in developing engaging visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement; respond in a timely and professional manner
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate weekly reports
Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, approvals, and content requirements
Conduct research on trending topics, competitors, and platform updates to optimize content strategies
Maintain and organize digital assets including visuals, captions, and content calendars
Support basic video editing or visual design tasks using tools like Canva or CapCut
Assist with administrative duties related to campaign reporting, scheduling, and content planning
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma and above
Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and digital content tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple platforms and timelines efficiently
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
