Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong in operations and customer service-related industry.
  • Handling day-to-day operations independently.
  • Data creation and entries.
  • Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status.
  • Arrange Import / Export documentation & provide daily customer support.
  • Interact with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance, and facilitate customs clearance and deliveries to customers.
  • Proficient in SAP order processing is an advantage.
  • Ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the orders are in place and compliant with shipping practices.
  • Provides direct operational support for internal and external customer requests related to imports and exports of commodities.
  • Management of Customs record-keeping requirements where applicable, analyze and determine duty opportunities, and draft responses to Customs inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.
