You will collaborate closely with our Growth Associates in Creative and Performance, as well as our SEO team , to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.

Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will manage campaign strategy, planning, and execution across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
You will work closely with Growth Associates to ensure creative and performance efforts align with client objectives, while collaborating with the SEO team to strengthen visibility and organic growth.
You will report directly to the Account Director and play an important role in delivering consistent results across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, and email channels.
- Collaborate with Growth Associates to align creative concepts and performance objectives.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximise ROI.
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and maintain brand consistency.
2. Performance Tracking and Optimisation
Monitor and analyse campaign performance across key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console to evaluate campaign data.Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.Continuously identify opportunities to optimise creatives, audiences, and budgets.3. Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with Growth Associates and the SEO team to ensure timely and effective execution.Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and web developers to deliver campaigns and landing pages.Support the Account Director in maintaining alignment between strategy, performance, and client expectations.4. SEO and Content Integration
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis in collaboration with the SEO team.Align SEO efforts with paid campaign goals for better overall visibility.Contribute to ongoing content and optimisation strategies that improve organic reach.Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or paid media.Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.Familiar with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other keyword research tools.Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Why Join DIGIPIXEL
