We are
seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager
to lead our regional business development initiatives across
Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, this role will be instrumental
in driving market expansion, identifying new business
opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships to our
company's growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development &
Strategy
Conduct
comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging
opportunities across Southeast Asian markets
Develop and execute regional business development
strategies aligned with company objectives
Create market entry strategies for new territories and
service lines
Business
Development & Sales
Lead end-to-end business development activities including
prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure
Identify and engage potential clients through various
channels including networking events, industry conferences, and
digital outreach
Develop compelling value
propositions and customized solutions for prospective
clients
Manage the entire sales cycle from
initial contact through contract negotiation and signing
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue
targets
Relationship
Management
Build and
maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
potential clients, partners, and industry leaders
Represent company at industry events, conferences, and
networking functions
Collaborate with internal
teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new
clients
Regional
Coordination
Coordinate business development activities across
multiple Southeast Asian markets
Work closely
with local teams to optimize regional strategies
Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior
management
Support the establishment of local
presence in key markets as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of business
development or sales experience
Proven track
record of achieving sales targets and driving business
growth
Experience working in Southeast Asian
markets, with strong understanding of regional business
practices
Strong analytical and strategic
thinking capabilities
Demonstrated ability to
build relationships and influence decision-makers at all
levels
Self-motivated with ability to work
independently and manage multiple priorities
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for working across
diverse markets
