About Guide Dogs Singapore Ltd (GDS)

GDS is a leading non-profit social service agency that serves the blind and visually impaired community in Singapore. We are dedicated to enhancing their quality of life and integration into society. Beyond providing highly trained guide dogs, we offer a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services, including training on orientation and mobility skills, daily living skills, and the use of assistive technology.

GDS is an accredited full member of the International Guide Dog Federation.

Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? As a Community Partnership Executive , you’ll play a key role in driving impactful fundraising campaigns, community engagement programmes, and public outreach initiatives that uplift and empower the visually impaired community.

Requirements :

• Self-motivated and proactive – eager to learn, take initiative, and work effectively in a team environment
• Strong research and analytical skills – able to conduct independent research to support campaigns and initiatives
• Excellent communication and writing abilities – strong interpersonal skills to engage donors, stakeholders, and the community (proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus)
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office – skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reports, presentations, and data management
• Organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful – capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects efficiently
• Creative with an eye for design – experience in artwork creation or an interest in design is a plus
• A Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; more experienced candidate will be considered for a senior executive position
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings for events and outreach activities (time off in-lieu will be granted)
