Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Telemarketer - Financial Services (Full-Time, In-Office)

About the Role

Join our dynamic financial services team as a Senior Telemarketer specializing in appointment setting for wealth management and investment advisory services. This full-time, in-office position is designed for experienced sales professionals who can operate with minimal supervision while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound calling campaigns to qualified prospects using company-provided lead lists
  • Schedule high-quality appointments between prospects and our financial advisory team
  • Manage complex follow-up sequences for missed calls and busy prospects
  • Consistently exceed daily and monthly appointment setting targets
  • Maintain detailed records and analytics in our CRM system
  • Mentor and train junior telemarketers
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to campaign optimization

Requirements

Essential Qualifications :

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level education or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or telemarketing experience required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal communication and advanced objection handling skills
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff
  • Goal-oriented approach with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore
