Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Technical and Inventory) to support our SOC / Isotank operations. This role involves managing equipment movement, inventory accuracy, and coordinating with partners across regions.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare On-Hire and Off-Hire reports for Isotank equipment

Manage and update inventory records with accurate data input

Arrange trucking for empty Isotank units

Source and follow up with SOC / Isotank prospects and agents internationally

Monitor and submit daily SOC / Isotank activity reports

Coordinate Off-Hiring procedures for SOC / Isotank units

Verify invoices related to SOC operations and technical equipment

Oversee LOLO (Loading / Offloading) activities to ensure proper handling of inventory

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Maritime Studies / Logistics of shipping discipline with 1 to 2 years experience
