Role Description :

  • Stationed at Tourist Hub. Your role is to assist tourist with their enquiry from phone, email and walk-ins.
  • You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times.
  • Manager & ensure smooth day to day tour operations at the Tourist Hub
  • You will also process payment for tours and issue tickets.

Experience :

  • Minimally 3 years' experience in customer service
  • Prior retail sales or operations experience in tour compnay would be preferred.
  • Requirements :

  • You should have a pleasant personality and be passionate about providing excellent service to our customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment independently as well as be an actively contributing team player
  • Education :

    Diploma / Dregree in any discipline.
