Programme Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage and motivate seniors to participate in centre activities and community programmes.
• Coordinate and support volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement efforts.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating wellness and active ageing programmes.
• Conduct home visits, community screenings, and befriending initiatives for seniors.
• Handle administrative tasks including member registration, attendance, and documentation.
• Support daily centre operations, logistics, and maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
