The Role

As a Gen AI Data Scientist at Kyndryl, you will bridge business problems and innovative solutions through methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, consulting, and software engineering. Your responsibilities include understanding business objectives, exploring data, creating and evaluating models, deploying solutions, and ensuring data security and compliance. You will also develop standards, policies, and strategies for data management and security, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that drive business value.

Required Skills And Experience

• 5+ years in AI and Data consulting or related fields, with a proven track record in client relationships
• Experience in identifying AI opportunities, building proposals, and leading workshops
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools like Python, Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, RAGAS
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions
• Understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, GANs, VAEs
• Ability to design, develop, and integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure
• Stay updated with AI advancements and develop thought leadership
