Roles & Responsibilities

Monthly Salary : Up to S$4,500 / month

Working Location : OUE Downtown

Working Hours : 5-day work week (Mon to Fri : 9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities :

  • Managing a portfolio of external clients on their accounting, payroll, tax and compliance needs.
  • Handle a full set of accounts - carry out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as data compilation, bookkeeping, quarterly GST submission, corporate tax computation, including tax filing Form C / C-S, prepare monthly management accounts, and yearly financial report.
  • In charge of the client’s payroll administration matters - ensuring compliance with Singapore payroll regulatory changes, processing filing, and payment of statutory payroll and social security contributions (CPF) to the relevant government authority.
  • Liaising with external auditors on behalf of the client for the statutory annual audit.

Requirements :

  • A diploma in accounting with a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Experience with MS Excel, XERO / MYOB accounting software and Payday as a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise projects to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance regulations.
  • Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, with an ability to become familiar with client-specific programs and software.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
