Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
1) Handles administrative tasks including scheduling, organizing, record-keeping and handling information flow to ensure smooth running of project
2) Handling the progress schedule of new / ongoing projects
3) Liaise and coordinate with purchaser, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to coordinate the projects assigned
4) Monitor project plans and schedules to ensure it runs smoothly
5) Communicator between Production units & other Business units regarding projects update and information
6) Handle sales inquiries and customer’s request for quotation
7) Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
Job Requirement
1) Ability to multi-task, independent, meticulous, good team player, willing to learn, possess initiative and reliable
2) Good team player with initiatives and able to work under pressure and work overtime sometimes
3) Ability in English written, orals and interpersonal communication skills
4) Knowledge in Microsoft office application (eg : Words, Excel, Email)
5) Training Provided (With or Without Experience)
