Social Media Executive (up to $4,000 base + PB | F&B | Central)

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, captions) across multiple social media platforms.

Work with outlet managers and marketing team to promote seasonal menus, campaigns, and events.

Monitor and respond to customer comments, reviews, and messages to maintain a positive online presence.

Track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize content and campaigns.

Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to strengthen brand visibility.

Keep up with digital trends and suggest new ideas to grow audience engagement.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.

Strong writing and visual storytelling skills; basic knowledge of design or video editing tools is a plus.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands / outlets at once.
