Events Executive - JL

This is a 1-year contract position, with no possibility of extension or conversion.

My client is seeking a driven and adaptable professional to support the planning and delivery of a high-profile international conference focused on energy and sustainability. This role involves end-to-end event management, international stakeholder engagement, and programme development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Strategy & Management

• Plan and execute a major international conference and related events
• Design and curate high-impact conference programmes
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
• Drive innovative and effective solutions for event delivery

2. International Engagement

• Engage international partners, speakers, and stakeholders
• Foster meaningful dialogue with industry leaders and policymakers
• Build and maintain strong relationships across cultures and sectors
• Support efforts to position Singapore as a key player in the global energy landscape

3. Programme Development

• Develop event content, themes, and programme structure
• Coordinate closely with speakers and partners
• Track and manage event deliverables and milestones
• Contribute to broader international engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Events Management, International Relations, or related fields
• Prior experience managing conferences or large-scale events, preferably in the government sector.
• Immediate Starters are preferred.
