Job descriptionInitiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings. Build a network of high‑quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database. Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions. Engage with customers through on‑site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars. Guide, feedback, and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring every opportunity for a successful placement. Manage salary and fee negotiations. Bachelors’ Degree with at least 2 years’ experience of having worked in related functions / industries mentioned above or within a recruitment company. Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career with proven results. Values that are in line with ours- Team work, results driven Ability to build rapport with C‑level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global / regional leaders from the sector. Demonstrate strong resilience, in the ability to bounce back from adversity and use it as fuel to regain momentum.
