Job descriptionCBAP certification and knowledge of Agile methodology preferred; experience working on global enterprise-scale application development and implementations in Agile environments. Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and business concepts to technical audiences. Demonstrated creative thinking, with the ability to generate new ideas, approaches, and solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and experience performing root cause analysis. Quick learner, with the ability to absorb and adapt to new systems, methodologies, and information. Skilled in facilitating workshops, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders across all levels. Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder and team relationships. Capable of working independently to resolve issues and identify effective solutions. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and agreements among multiple stakeholders. Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and JIRA. Experience leading Pre-Sales solutioning for large, multi-entity, or multi-country Private Banking implementations. Background in Practice Management, including team building, organizing functional / technical training, and knowledge sharing.
Roles & Responsibilities
T24 / Temenos Transact Business Analyst
Contract : 5 months
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst, with strong expertise in Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules.
- Solid understanding of international Private Banking, with proven experience in automation projects, particularly Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
Hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations, covering TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH, with focus on :
Private Banking products : Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Private Equity, IPOs
Treasury products : Forex, Forwards, NDFs
Strong Business Analysis expertise, including :
Conducting PLW sessions and preparing Gap Lists
Drafting HLSD, FSD, and User Stories
Collaborating with Scrum Teams and Product Owners
