Job Scope

Programme Management

Lead and promote the Gym Tonic programme and related initiatives for seniors.

Organize roadshows, recruitment drives, and community outreach events.

Support pilot projects or research studies with partners.

Plan and implement engaging activities for seniors (e.g. awards, outdoor events).

Track programme attendance, membership, and performance data.

Develop and distribute information materials.

Health Coaching

Conduct client assessments and intake screenings.

Supervise and monitor seniors' 12-week strength training programmes.

Provide health education and exercise guidance.

Prepare and share individual progress reports.

Develop health coaching protocols and materials.

Gym Operations

Ensure gym equipment is safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Uphold infection control and safety procedures.

Manage equipment repairs and incident reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate with partner organisations and community groups.

Handle stakeholder communications and feedback.

Support outreach and partnership development efforts.

Qualifications

Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences or equivalent

Experience in wellness / gym coaching
