Job descriptionDiploma / Certifictate in Civil Engineering or its equivalent Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc Preferably 3-5 years working experience in building construction industry / road works Able to start work immediately or within a short notice Effectively bilingual Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Independent, analytical, meticulous and possess positive working attitude
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Able to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
- Liaise with authorities, client and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirement
- Liaise with engineer to execute the work as per planning for the project
- Site supervision of construction workers
- Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings and method statements for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance to safety rules and relevant regulations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and / or HOD.
