Job descriptionCoordinate and supervise all M&E works (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary) on site. Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards and safety regulations. Review project drawings, specifications, and technical clarifications; prepare shop and coordination drawings for approval. Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and resolve technical / engineering issues. Attend site / technical meetings with consultants and stakeholders. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines. Main contractor experience is a must. Strong knowledge of M&E coordination and construction processes. Good communication and site supervision skills.

- Basic $3500 - $5500
- 5.5 working days
- Location : Office at UBI (Handle Changi & Kent Ridge Site)
