Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, an Asia-focused digital marketing agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead regional digital marketing sales from Singapore.

In this newly created role, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant to brands and agencies—identifying new opportunities, crafting impactful advertising strategies, and promoting innovative digital and out-of-home media solutions across Asia markets.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and engage new clients across Singapore and other Asia markets.
• Promote and sell a full range of digital marketing solutions—including Ads / Media Paid (CPC), KOL, OOH, and pDOOH.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
• Lead client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations that win new business.
• Collaborate closely with cross-border teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic sales planning.
