Senior Analyst / Associate - Investments (Data Centers)

We have a current opportunity for a Senior Analyst / Associate - Investments with a digital infrastructure firm based in Singapore.

Job Description

Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and presentation to the firm's Investment Committee members across target markets.
Support in investor relations preparation and follow ups through crafting of presentations and any other ad-hoc investor requests.
Participate in deal structuring and negotiations, working closely with senior members of the team.
Build and maintain robust financial models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience investment banking, private equity, mergers & acquisitions or leveraged finance.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and compiling presentations.

Familiarity with infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors is a plus.
