Roles & Responsibilities

Serial Microelectronics , a subsidiary of Serial System Ltd , is a semiconductor and electronics components distributor with value-added design and application capability in the Asia Pacific region. We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position :

Senior / Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Field Application Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Product Marketing team in implementing demand creation strategies for the assigned product lines.
Work closely with Supplier to create design activities with potential customers, and regular monitor and tracking progress of the activities
Involve in pre-sales activities; Promote product, provide recommendation and technical support to customer during their product development phase
Conduct technical training presentation and product training to internal / external customers
Resolve quality, technical, and application issues related to the represented product lines

Requirements :

Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in product development and or field application

Competent technical knowledge and good understanding of different electronics circuitry and components; Analog and Power Management

Self-driven, out-going personalities, good communication skill, and a fast learner with keen interest in learning a wide range of products and applications

Ability to present and articulate the product comprehensively
