Job Description
As a Digital Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of XR Digital Twin solutions, from concept to launch. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to ensure our products align with market trends, meet customer needs, and support business growth. The role requires strong experience in product planning, market research, and cross-border collaboration between Singapore and Korea.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Support product positioning and customer demand, guiding development from conception to launch.
- Evaluate product functionalities and performance, and propose enhancements based on market feedback.
- Conduct market research to explore new technologies and oversee business proposal development.
- Research and analyse potential partner relationships to drive growth and improve customer experience.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Korean headquarters and the Singapore entity.
- Gather, document, and communicate customer requirements to engineering and design teams.
- Support solution localisation for Singapore and ASEAN markets.
- Translate documents and provide interpretation during meetings and corporate events.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and partner events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.At least 3 years of work experience as a Digital Product Manager or in product / business management.Minimum 1 year of work experience in Singapore.Proven experience in cross-border projects involving Korean and Singapore companies.Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean :
English : TOEIC 900, IELTS 7.5, TOEFL iBT 105, or equivalent proficiency including a degree from a Singapore university taught in English.
Korean : Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 6 ≥ 230 points or equivalent) is required, as the role involves frequent communication, documentation, translation and interpretation with the Korean headquarters and Korean-speaking clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in XR / AR / VR, Digital Twin, SaaS, CAD / BIM, or enterprise software.Familiarity with 3D data workflows, digital construction, or manufacturing environments.Proficiency in additional regional languages (e.g. Chinese, Indonesian, Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese) is an advantage, as this will support collaboration with clients and partners in ASEAN markets.Experience in international exhibitions, customer engagement, or partner management.Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Figma, Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, Teams, Trello, Zoom).Advanced degree (Master’s) in a relevant field.Valid Driving Licence (Singapore or international) to support client visits and site meetings.Tell employers what skills you have
