Operation Executive (Logistic Support)
Responsibilities :
Report and assist in incident investigations when required.
Liaise with customers and plant operators on order status and loading schedules.
Track driver progress using GPS tracking systems and ensure adherence to routes.
Manage a fleet of Prime Movers and drivers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Process delivery receipts / proof of delivery (POD) within required lead times.
Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
Handle urgent delivery requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Provide 24 / 7 on-call support (rotational basis) for operational emergencies.
