Job descriptionDegree in Building / Architecture or equivalent At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the Construction industry. Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, regulations, and local quality standards. Familiarity with construction safety requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review, coordinate, and produce architectural shop drawings and related works for projects.
- Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, Singapore Building Codes, and quality standards such as BCA CONQUAS.
- Coordinate architectural services with other trades and manage scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
- Monitor adherence to project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
