As an AI Strategy and Operationalisation Vice President in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will be responsible for shaping and executing the AI strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensure the successful adoption of AI solutions across the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI strategy and operate as a thought leader, ensuring industry best practice
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ideate and identify AI opportunities – define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables in alignment with the business
- Manage the full solution / product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and operationalization.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics – track project progress and manage risks and issues
- Manage stakeholder engagement; provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Manage expectations.
- Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive AI initiatives, including data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver innovative AI solutions, act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure AI solutions / products align with the firms AI policies, governance framework, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure AI solutions are integrated effectively into business processes
- Create documentation and best practice
- Drive user adoption working with training and change management
- Drive AI Culture initiatives across the firm; training and capabilities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practice
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of services.
Qualification & Core Skills requirement
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree or equivalent education level8+ years of experience from either a consulting background or inhouse business management / strategy teamStrong understanding of AI / ML technologies and their applicationsExperience managing technology transformation projectsGood understanding of the Financial Services Industry and the role of dataExcellent MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skillsUnderstanding of technical disciplines including data, analytics and AIFamiliarity with data and AI concepts such as data management, data governance, AI risks etc.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise mannerStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailExperience in developing and implementing business plans and managing projects from start to finishExperience with project management with ability to handle ambiguity and rally for change.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.Experience in handling ambiguity and uncertainty, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.Passion for learning and growing in the field of data and AIWe would like to remind you that eFinancialCareers is a job board and does not conduct hiring or ask for payment or any financial details as part of the job application process.
