Senior Finance Executive (BYD / Denza)

Responsibilities :

Establish and manage financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with Singaporean regulations and best practices.

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, as needed.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with Singaporean laws and regulations.

Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide financial leadership and mentorship to other members of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Full Set Accounts, issuing tax invoice, commission invoice, GST submission and others finance related transactions.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment in Singapore.

Strong understanding of Singaporean financial regulations, practices, and tax laws.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to inform decision-making.

Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
