Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Management Associate, you will undergo structured training and mentorship to build a strong foundation in financial planning. This program equips you with the knowledge and skills to provide guidance in areas such as insurance protection, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning. You will also learn how to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients while developing your leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and build relationships with clients through a consultative approach.
  • Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Provide guidance on protection, savings, and investment planning.
  • Stay updated on products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Uphold professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

    • Who We’re Looking For

  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old and must possess at least :

    • o A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level,

    o International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification,

    o Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore,

    o or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above

    qualifications.

  • Prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not required.
  • Motivated individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional developments.
