Utilities Engineer (HDB / Civil / Infrastructure Projects) - D01 Cecil, Marina, People’s Park, Raffles Place, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government agencies and utility providers on service-related matters.
• Review utility layouts, trench investigation findings, and as-built documentation.
• Plan and oversee detection, verification, and protection / diversion of utilities.
• Handle permit submissions and approvals (e.g., LTA CORNET, PUB UTMS, road opening).
• Supervise on-site utility works to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to approved plans.
