Responsibilites :

Provide client-centric and compassionate nursing care

tailored to individual needs and conditions.

Monitor, assess, and evaluate clients' conditions to

develop and implement appropriate care plans.

Perform clinical procedures (e.g., NGT insertion,

catheterization) as required.

Observe and

assess clients' overall health, including vital signs, responses to

treatments / medications, and changes in behavior or

condition.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure

continuity and effectiveness of the care plan.

Travel to assigned sites / centres to deliver nursing

guidance, care and support.

Requirements :

Min. 3

years clinical experience in eldercare sector will be

advantage

Dynamic team player with good

interpersonal communication and presentation

skills
