Our client is a Japanese trust bank with a global presence through a worldwide network of branches and subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, and the United States. They are looking for a Manager - Fund Finance. The incumbent's principle role will be in loan operation, credit analysis, portfolio management, and internal reporting to support fund finance business. The incumbent will also support ad-hoc tasks and projects covering various elements of fund finance business. The incumbent will report directly to the Chief Manager.

Responsibilities】

• Lead, perform, review (as a checker), and manage loan operation, credit monitoring, credit application, KYC / AML investigations, and internal reporting.
• Facilitate closing and day to day loan operations with internal back-office and treasury team.
• Perform KYC / AML investigations and reporting for new and existing client accounts.
• Conduct on-going credit monitoring and generate annual rating review reports.
• Perform investor analysis to support credit application process for fund finance transactions.
• Perform change of condition / waiver credit application process for fund finance transactions.
• Prepare various performance and accounting internal reporting for Branch / HO.
• Conduct fund finance initiative projects and facilitate implementation process.
• Conduct audit communication and provide countermeasures.
• Perform any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the line managers.
