Responsibilities

Provide guidance to project teams on variations, claims

for time extensions, and associated costs

Draft, review, and manage all contractual correspondence,

reports, and documentation

Develop strategies

for responding to project correspondence, ensuring commercial and

contractual risks are identified and mitigated

Ensure that signed contracts are effectively communicated

to project teams, providing contract awareness, interpretation, and

advisory support

Prepare final accounts,

variations, and claims submissions

Support ISO

audits and implementation of contract management

procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by

management to support project and business

objectives

Requirements

Degree in Civil

Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in contract management for

LTA, MRT, or civil infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of Singapore construction contracts,

contract law, and commercial practices

Experience handling subcontractor contracts, variations,

and claims

Excellent communication,

negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with project management tools and software

(e.g., MS Project, Primavera

P6)
