Roles & Responsibilities
- Must have WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) certification.
- 4–6 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, curriculum documentation and planning
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and curriculum development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct training needs analysis and learner profiling based on client objectives and target audienceDesign learning frameworks and curriculum maps that align with adult learning principles and business performance metricsDevelop high-quality, modular course content (digital, blended, and instructor-led formats) including learning objectives, assessments, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercisesCollaborate with consultants, facilitators, and SMEs to validate technical content and contextualize it for client industriesLocalize or adapt existing training materials to specific client sectors (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare)Evaluate the effectiveness of training content through pilot programs, feedback, and metrics, and implement continuous improvementKeep abreast of emerging learning technologies and instructional design trends to ensure innovative deliverySupport proposal development and client pitches with learning strategy insights and sample content structures when requiredRequirements :
