Job descriptionConduct training needs analysis and learner profiling based on client objectives and target audience Design learning frameworks and curriculum maps that align with adult learning principles and business performance metrics Develop high-quality, modular course content (digital, blended, and instructor-led formats) including learning objectives, assessments, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises Collaborate with consultants, facilitators, and SMEs to validate technical content and contextualize it for client industries Localize or adapt existing training materials to specific client sectors (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare) Evaluate the effectiveness of training content through pilot programs, feedback, and metrics, and implement continuous improvement Keep abreast of emerging learning technologies and instructional design trends to ensure innovative delivery Support proposal development and client pitches with learning strategy insights and sample content structures when required WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) is required . Strong grasp of adult learning principles and curriculum development methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented, with 4–6 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, curriculum documentation and planning. Strong understanding of B2B learning and development, adult learning theories, and performance-based instructional design Proven experience creating content for leadership development, change management, customer service, or technical upskilling programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Must have WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) certification.
- 4–6 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, curriculum documentation and planning
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and curriculum development methodologies.
