Job description
Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS, etc)
Handle leave records, and attendance tracking
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up
Coordinate onboarding process and ensure all documentation and tools are in place for new hires
Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment trackers
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR letters (e.g., employment confirmation, increment, and resignation letters)
Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and training logistics
Support audits and HR reporting needs
Other HR duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in payroll and recruitment
Familiar with local employment laws and HR practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR / payroll systems is a plus
