Direct and manage a group of frontline staff in ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with policies
Manage daily frontline operations to ensure good and timely delivery of services to patients, staff and internal customers
Study, plan, coordinate and organize the registration, appointments,cashiering and imaging activities of the department
Establish, implement and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and internal control for all specific activities in the department
Review and update policies and procedures, recommend and develop new procedures when necessary to ensure continuity in service improvements
Plan and prepare budgets that are consistent with formulated plans and strategies of the department & hospital
Assist the senior manager to formulate plans and strategies to steer the department towards better and improved services and at the same time keep abreast with rapid technology advancement and external competition
Monitor patient feedback & implement interventions to enhance patient service delivery
Provide coaching for staff in customer management
Our Requirements
Degree in any discipline
At least 2 year of relevant working experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Applicants with managerial experience with be consider for senior position.
