Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Central (Nearest MRT : Steven MRT)

Salary : Up to $5,500 (gross)

Work Schedule : Shift Work – 2 days, 2 nights, 2 off (12-hour shifts)

Key Duties :

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of M&E systems to ensure smooth building operations
• Plan, execute, and supervise facilities maintenance and related services
• Manage and coordinate M&E installations, servicing, and preventive maintenance
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and facilities teams to resolve technical issues
• Prepare reports, quotations, and attend M&E-related meetings as required
• Maintain high standards of service quality and client relationships
