Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates for fire protection works.
- Oversee installation of fire protection systems in accordance with specifications and standards.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and manage technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and support project reporting.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.At least 5 years of experience in fire protection or M&E coordination.Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, hydrants, etc.).Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with local fire safety codes and regulations (SCDF) is an advantage.What We Offer :
