Your Mission

Close sales and build lasting bonds - you'll own the full customer lifecycle [while you're still with us : )]

  • Convert leads from social media / partnerships into trial bookings.
  • Guide parents to the right program (1-on-1, group, competition prep).
  • Nurture relationships through check-ins, progress updates, and renewal support.
  • Grow referrals by turning happy clients into advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth

Respond to leads within 15 mins (WhatsApp / email)

Book free trials + close packages

Pitch school / corporate partnerships

Hit monthly sales targets (50+ new clients / quarter)

Relationship Building

Conduct post-lesson welcome calls

Send quarterly personalized progress updates

Rescue at-risk clients (e.g., low attendance)

Drive referrals & renewals (70%+ retention target)

Who We're Seeking

Must-Haves :

  • 1-3 years in sales / customer success (service industry preferred).
  • Proven relationship-building skills - you remember names, fears, and goals.
  • Tech-savvy : CRM (e.g., HubSpot), WhatsApp, Excel.
  • Multilingual : Fluent English + Mandarin (to engage Chinese-speaking parents).
  • Passion for swimming / education (bonus if you've coached!).
  • Personality Traits :

  • Empathetic listener (parents share kids' anxieties openly).
  • Self-starter who thrives in hybrid settings.
  • Team player who collaborates with instructors / admins.
