About The Role

As the Aesthetic Dermatologist at Reaviva Holistic Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dermatology department and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care to patients while overseeing all aspects of dermatological services within the clinic.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the dermatology department, ensuring high standards of patient care
Act as the primary consultant for complex dermatological cases and treatments
Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance service delivery
Mentor and train junior dermatologists and support staff
Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated patient care
Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored treatment plans
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and holistic health practices

Qualifications :

Education : MD in Dermatology or equivalent qualification

Experience : 10-12 years of relevant experience in dermatology, with a preference for candidates in their 40s

Desired Skills : Strong leadership, excellent communication, proficiency in medical and cosmetic dermatology, ability to work collaboratively

Desired Requirements :

Proven track record of managing a clinical team effectively

Experience in patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Familiarity with holistic health practices is an advantage
