BTI Executive Search Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Raffles Place office. This full‑time role is responsible for driving the company's executive search and high‑level recruitment efforts across a range of industries and functions; particularly in the Engineering & Industrial space.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, assess and attract top talent for senior‑level roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
  • Partner closely with clients to deeply understand their business, culture and hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing and selection to ensure the best fit.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job order to offer acceptance.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition and retention best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets and goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally within an executive search or senior‑level staffing environment.
  • Proven track record of identifying, engaging and placing high‑calibre candidates in leadership roles.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and relationship‑building skills to work effectively with C‑suite and senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to understand clients' strategic objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
