Roles & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generate quotation based on the internal costing from various departments.
- Peform consolidation of sales costing and forecast.
- Collaborate with respective departments to ensure the project timeline and budget adhere and design requirements are specified and delivered.
- Attend to any pre-sales visit and liaise with customers for any technical discussion.
- To manage and ensure project costs are within budget, pre-BOM and post-BOM consolidation.
- Plan and monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve problems
- Update project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and recommending actions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalentAt least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry)Able to effectively interact with a variety of personnel at all organisational level and customers.Committed and self-motivated, a life-learner and good team player, able to work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environmentAnalytical minded with strong organisational skills and acute time management skills.Interested parties please indicate your expected salary and notice period in your resume.
