• Partner with clients to decode what they actually need

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, hands-on
• Build deep, long-term client relationships
• Provide strategy and market intelligence grounded in real experience
• Become the specialist clients return to because you consistently deliver

• Bring at least 5 years’ solid agency recruitment experience in the Singapore market
• Are a specialist recruiter, not a generalist
• Prefer to stay hands-on now rather than manage a team
