Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and site teams.
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, reports, and records.
Assist in tracking project progress, schedules, and deadlines.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters.
Manage purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for project-related items.
Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support in manpower deployment and maintaining attendance/HR records for project staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
Prior experience in project administration or site admin role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
