Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding activities
• Administer employee medical insurance claims
• Clearly communicate job expectations to new hires and conduct semi-annual work reviews
• Coordinating recruitment processes such as interviews and job postings
• Maintain and update employee records (e.g., employment contracts, personal files)
• Oversee foreign worker pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Monitor and manage employee contract renewals and compliance with HR policies
• Stay updated on HR trends, policies, procedures, and government grants
