Job descriptionDiagnose equipment issues and perform repair work. Conduct scheduled maintenance and filter replacement services. Provide product usage guidance and answer customer enquiries. Handle basic customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Receive service orders via internal system and complete tasks promptly. Record service details accurately and report product quality issues. Conduct site assessments and propose simple installation plans. Assist the team with larger installation projects when required. Experience in home appliance installation, plumbing, or electrical work preferred. Candidates with Plumbing / Electrician certifications will have an advantage. Basic communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers. Able to work under flexible schedules; owning a motorcycle / transport is an advantage. Strong learning attitude, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team. Comfortable with light physical work and able to work at height (below 5 metres). Fixed salary (includes transport & meal allowance). Single rest day per week, with paid annual leave, medical leave, and public holidays. Team activities and performance-based opportunities for overseas training .
