Facilities Lead (Roving Team)

Position : Facilities Lead (Roving Team) – Singaporean

We are looking for a hands‑on Facilities Lead (Roving Team) to oversee building maintenance across multiple sites. This role is ideal for an early‑career facilities professional who enjoys being on the move, solving problems on the ground, and working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day building maintenance across multiple properties (roving role).
• Respond to urgent faults / on-call issues and coordinate timely rectification.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting of M&E systems and building equipment.
• Plan, schedule and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance .
• Manage contractors on site – supervision, safety, work quality and timing.
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and recommend options to management / client.
• Prepare simple reports (photos, checklists, summaries) using phone / laptop.
• Attend client and internal meetings , present updates and follow up on action items.
• Build good working relationships with clients, end‑users, and service providers.

Requirements

Facilities Management, or

Mechanical Engineering, or

Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
