Roles & Responsibilities
At least 3years of Operations experience in Oil & Gas industry
Prepares sales and purchases contract according to deal recap.
Implements the contracts through preparation of required internal and external documents, and coordinates with all concerned parties thereby ensuring that all shipments comply with internal requirements, operating standards, and relevant regulations.
Co-operates with finance / LC team to ensure and / or negotiate letter of credit terms and ensure LC to be issued smoothly.
Monitor vessel status and send updates to concerned parties. Give voyage order, documentary instruction, appoint inspectors and inform insurance company if needed.
Check all cargo invoices, freight invoice and costing invoices prior submission for Management’s approval and Finance for payment.
Have knowledge of derivative and able to implementing derivative price into invoice accurately
Maintains timely and accurate records.
Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree
Applicant with vessel chartering experience will be an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferable able to start work within short notice
