Are you a driven, people-oriented individual with a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our client, a growing event exhibitions business.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across exhibitions and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of customised sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Stay on top of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Help manage client expectations and ensure smooth event execution by liaising with internal teams and clients.
- Get involved in cold-calling, attending networking events, and using multiple channels to find and nurture leads.
- Track sales pipelines and event performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Keep CRM systems and sales documentation accurate and up to date, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
Your Experience :
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.Strong negotiation and closing skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA self-starter with a proactive approach and a keen eye for new opportunitiesRole will need you to liaise with clients in China thus proficiency in Mandarin is necessary.Organized, deadline-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentIf this role interest you and you have what it takes, apply now!
