Description Position Details Position : Sales Coordinator (MARINE / ELECTRONIC)Location : West (Tuas - transport provided from Tuas Link MRT) - Office to shift to Tuas West next yearWorking hours : 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)Salary (commensurate on experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT + MedicalDuration : PermanentIndustry : ManufacturerMain Responsibilities Responsible for processing of customer enquiry through emails and phone callsLiaise with customers on their service enquiresProvide information in answer to inquires about accounts, products and services to the customers and must interact with themAble to generate sales from customers enquiresLiaise with customers on fulfilment discrepanciesEnsure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with other department as necessaryProper planning on allocation of service engineer for job assignedHandling Purchasing matter as per customer enquiresEnsure assigned vessels are monitored constantlyTaking extreme care when assigned engineers onboard executing jobsSpare used by engineers onboard must always approved by customersRequirements Min Diploma in Business / Electronics & Electrical1-2 years working experience in Marine Navigation system Industry but not a mustEmail to :
